TRON was released in 1982 and was known for its ground breaking special effects. 30 years later a sequel is born and TRON: Legacy carries the ball with cutting edge 3D special effects.

I admit that I don't know what to write about this movie. Sure the special effects are amazing and combined with the 3D make for some impressive visuals.

Sure the soundtrack really stands out and adds to the overall narrative in a way that only few movies do.

And sure TRON: Legacy doesn't just copy its predecessor either, it actually takes things to the next level.

Though when I watched it, I focused too much on what little story there is and didn't realise that it was a different kind of experience. Days later I find myself still thinking about it and might even go back to the movies to watch it again.

Instead of trying to figure it out, I choose to give up and just let the experience wash over me.

Overall: The movie itself has a great overall feel to it, though it is definitely a Audio/Visual experience and the special effects and soundtrack really are the main players. For some reason I still can't stop thinking about this movie.
