Splinter Cell: Conviction breathes new life into the series (not that it needed it) with a bunch of new features that really make the game shine.

I have to say that my favourite 'non feature' is the use of in game instructions within the environment. It's really cool to see instructions on the wall in front of you telling you what to do.

My favourite feature is the ability to 'mark and execute'. This is where you can pre select a bunch of guys and then hit a button and watch in slow motion as Sam takes them down in a few seconds. You can't do it all the time so this stops it from being overused and ruining the game.

The story is right out of a 24 script with twists and turns galore and the fate of the United States hanging in the balance. :-)

Gameplay, audio and the graphics are all top notch and it's a lot of fun sneaking around and sometimes not sneaking around.

Overall:

Awesome game. Tons of fun to play. Can't wait for the next one. :-)
