Rocketdock for Windows

Lifehacker mentioned a cool little program called Rocketdock.
What does it do?
Its a dock/application launcher like in Mac OS X, that allows you to minimise your applicaitons to it so you can see tiny versions of them. Think of it as a beffed up task bar. Be sure to check out the Rocketdock Demo Video.
Why use it?
Well, once its configured (see the demo), you can minimise applicaitons to it and clear them from your taskbar. They are still running and you can even see them in the dock.If your PC has the horsepower, its quite handy.
I have only been runing it for a day, though it’s been great and I don’t forsee myself dropping it anytime soon. :-)
