Movie: The Prophecy

Watched a classic movie on the weekend: The Prophecy. This is from 1995 and was quite good back in the day. I found out that they had turned it into a trilogy and thought best to start at the beginning. :-)

The movie is about a war in Heaven and how some Angels have come to earth to collect a sould which will end the stalemate.

What I liked:

  • Great theme - its an interesting take on the Angels.
  • Good pacing throughout.
  • Christopher Walken rules as always.

Overall:

Great movie, stands the test of time pretty well as they don't go over the top with the effects. Can't wait to see where they go with the next 2 movies as they wrapped this one up pretty well.
