I recently had the chance to see the most recent 007 outing: Casino Royale. Like Batman Begins this goes back to the Origin of Bond and shows us a little insight on how Bond became Bond.

The Good:

• Classic Bond action, lots of explosions and gunfire.
• Bond seems more human and capable of mistakes.
• Does a few things different to the other Bond films, this breathes some fresh air into the franchise.
• Good pacing throughout most of the movie.

The Bad:

• The end has some lag where the story drags on.
• There are some bits and pieces of the story that don’t sit right, nothing major though.

Overall:

Great Bond movie and I can easily see why people are saying it might be the best Bond film ever. Highly recomended for all action movie fans. Hardcore Bond fans will either love it or hate it.
