Become an Expert in Anything!

What every geek wants to know: How to be an expert :-)
Short version: Start now. Keep at it, and keep working on getting better, no just grinding your way through it. If you start now, in 5 years time you could be a master of whatever you wanted to.
Now the real challenge: Picking something to become a master at, there are just too many options out there that it becomes hard to focus in on something :-)
